Before & After Overseeding
What is Overseeding?
Seed is divided into equal lots for even coverage. In your lawn's thinning spot areas, a second spread of seed is introduced. Once the seed germinates, the seedlings must be kept moist with light, frequent watering until they are established.
As new turf fills in, weeds are choked out, leaving you with a healthier, greener lawn.
Pro Tip: Combine with Aeration
This is often combined with an Aeration service to allow more water and vital nutrients to penetrate your lawn and encourage optimal root growth.
How It Works
Aeration
A lawn aerator punches holes into the soil, creating space for seeds to make direct contact deeper into the ground.
Seed Application
Fresh seed is introduced and spread evenly, with extra attention to thinning areas for optimal coverage.
Growth & Results
With light, frequent watering, new turf fills in and chokes out weeds, leaving a healthier, greener lawn.
