Safety First

Upon arrival, cones and caution tape will be arranged for barricading entrances, exits, and the work area.

We canvas for people and animals that may be within reach of projectile debris, kindly asking them to remove themselves from the area during work.

Preparation

We schedule around your business needs — remember, we need 12-24 hours for the product to cure. Multiple trips can be arranged to minimize interruption.

Weed-whacking edges, priming oil and gasoline spots, cleaning surfaces with steel brooms and high-powered blowers. Carpet is laid at entrances to prevent footprints.

Crack Seal & Pothole Repair

May not apply if pavement is within 2 years old

Hot pour cracking involves heated rubberized asphalt applied to cracks, then V-squeegeed for maximum coverage and fill.

Cold-patch material is poured into potholes approximately ½" above surface, then compacted with hand tamper or car tires for an even, level surface.

First Application: Brush Application

Sealcoat is applied directly onto cleaned asphalt pavement — first by broom, then combined with spray applications for a flawless, streak-free finish.

For Asphalt Emulsion Sealer, we use real brushes for the best durability and heaviest coat.

Clean-Up

After completion, we remove tape where possible, barricade entrances with caution tape to indicate wet sealer, and pick up all debris, cones, carpet, and equipment.

Line Striping

We use industry-leading Graco Line Lazer paint stripers and high-quality traffic paint to ensure pristine, long-lasting traffic control markings that provide safety for your customers.
